Eligibility (Age & U.S. Only): You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase NVNQA products. Our products and services are intended only for adult consumers residing in the United States. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and are located in the United States. We do not sell or ship products to individuals under 18 or outside the U.S.

Products and Orders: NVNQA offers health supplement products for direct purchase by consumers, and also provides wholesale purchasing options for qualified retailers or partners. All orders (whether retail or wholesale) are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion – for example, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if you violate these Terms. Prices for our products are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change; any such changes will be updated on the site. We are not liable for delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for missed deliveries or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to your address.

Returns & Refunds: All sales are final except in cases of misprinted, damaged, or defective items as described in our Return & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons (such as change of mind or personal dissatisfaction) beyond those outlined. If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt as detailed in the Return & Refund Policy.
